As a faith-based coach, I merge the principles of self-determination theory with the high standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I focus on intrinsic motivation, personal growth, and leadership development, while providing confidential guidance. My aim is to inspire individuals to align their actions with their personal interests, values, and faith, while offering the necessary tools and support for their roles.
Adhering to ICF's ethical practices, my coaching approach is centered around honesty, personal integrity, and respect for my clients' identities and beliefs. I establish and maintain clear agreements about the coaching process, co-create relationships based on mutual trust and safety, maintain a fully conscious, observant, empathetic presence with the client, and communicate effectively through active listening. Throughout this process, I challenge and facilitate my clients to evoke awareness, transform insights into action, and celebrate their progress and successes. |
