"Through coaching and facilitation, I come alongside parish leaders and clergy to help each of them develop their best contribution to the body of Christ that is the Church. Parish health and leadership require many traits to be effective. Among the most important of these are vision, empathy, communication, and spiritual growth. These are the gifts of the Spirit and the accomplishments of faith I seek to engender in everyone with whom I am engaged, by the grace of God."

Fr. Paul Hodge
Principal at Hodge Leadership Fr. Paul has been a priest of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America for nearly thirty years. During that time, he has formally and informally facilitated many teams and coached many people. He eagerly continues this patient, devoted work, with a particular focus on his first love, the life of the Holy Orthodox Christian Church. Numerous achievements mark Fr. Paul's professional journey. He served well in various teams and operations at a Fortune 150 Information Technology and Communications Corporation for over seven years. His dedication and expertise were recognized through multiple certifications in management and facilitation of development and work teams, a testament to his competence and commitment to professional growth. Before this private-sector work, Fr. Paul was a full-time parish priest for sixteen years, serving successively in various Antiochian parishes, from the Cathedral of St. George in Wichita, Kansas, to the small, historic Church of St. Elias in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Since leaving the corporate sector, he has continued his service in the active priesthood, supplying services across the Midwest, and occasionally far beyond, when parishes are without full-time clergy or his brother priests need brief respite in their ministry. He is now the development and fundraising director for St. Athanasius Academy and College of Orthodox Theology. Additionally, Fr. Paul has served as President of the Minnesota Eastern Orthodox Christian Clergy Association for almost a decade. Fr. Paul's educational journey is a testament to his intellectual depth and pursuit of excellence. He holds a Master of Divinity degree, magna cum laude, from St. Vladimir Seminary, a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Literature from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. These academic foundations solidify his expertise and credibility in various fields, making him a valuable asset in any non-profit or professional setting. He is Amy's husband, and they have two adult children, Elias and Faith. He welcomes you to connect with him on LinkedIn. https://www.linkedin.com/in/pauljhodge |
