DOUGLAS J. A lot.” Drawing from a servant leadership ethos, Douglas utilizes a design thinking approach to create leadership development experiences that improve leadership effectiveness, support clinical value improvement, and the incubation and development of new care delivery models.
Prior to his current role, Douglas served as the lead for organization design for Hewlett-Packard Co.’s printing and imaging franchise, a business strategist for Hewlett-Packard Co.’s commercial software business, and a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University. Douglas has an enduring commitment to community service having served on the board of a private school, a non-profit organization serving the economically displaced, and has served on the Parish Council of St. Athanasius Orthodox Church in Santa Barbara CA. Douglas holds a Masters of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University. He resides in Santa Barbara, California.
